| Exercise Tiger Memorial – Chairman of a memorial to the tragic loss in 1944 of almost 1,000 American servicemen who died off the coast of Devon in Exercise Tiger during the D-Day practise landings. | |
| For Devon Air Ambulance – organiser of a fun weekend involving a great team of volunteers they raised just under £20,000 for this life saving charity. | |
| For Families for Children – organiser of this special lunch prepared by Michael Caines MBE with speaker Falklands War survivor Simon Weston which raised just under £11,000. | |
| Humanitarian relief, Sri Lanka tsunami 2005 – John Casson sent four teams of former Gurkhas and Indian armed forces personnel to help in Sri Lanka and raised £52,000. | |
