| For Devon Air Ambulance – organiser of a fun weekend involving a great team of volunteers they raised just under £20,000 for this life saving charity. | |

| Humanitarian relief, Sri Lanka tsunami 2005 – John Casson sent four teams of former Gurkhas and Indian armed forces personnel to help in Sri Lanka and raised £52,000. | |

| Challenge-X – John Casson is aiming to raise £250,000 for the Royal Marines Charitable Trust Fund by giving three cyclists the chance to compete in the renowned 3,000 mile Race Across America in 2013. |
